Your notice of cancellation must be received by fax before September 10th, 2010. No reimbursement after this date will be made. Limited to a return of the registration fee should the conference be cancelled or postponed. However, Organizer shall not be obligated to return any registration fee if the conference is cancelled or postponed for any reason beyond the Organizer's reasonable control.

BioContact Québec 2010 will be held at the Château Frontenac. Early October is an active convention and touristic period. A limited block of rooms is available at a special rate on a first come first served basis. Reserve early. Please contact the Château Frontenac at 1-800-441-1414.
