Candidates selected to present at BioContact Quebec will be companies from the health science sector presenting in different sectors of activities (Cancer, cardiology, endocrinology, metabolism, genomics, proteomics, immunology, infectiology, drug delivery systems, neurobiology, services, medical technologies, viroloty and others. When filling their application form, companies must indicate stage of development (emerging, private, public).

Presenting companies will be selected by a committee composed of venture capitalists and partners of the event. The applications will be evaluated on the following criteria : research and development, projects, products in development, products on market, business strategy, competitive advantages, intellectual property, exit strategy and the quality and experience of senior management. Although succint in their format, applications should be as complete as possible for the review committee.

BioContact Québec will promote numerous networking opportunities for participating companies. There will be a welcoming reception on October 2nd, 2013, breakfasts, luncheons and a cocktail on October 3rd, 2013. All these are included in the registration fees.

Selected companies are required to pay the registration fees for the presenter. However, they do not have to pay the registration fees until acceptance to the conference. To get the 1250$ rate, payment must be received before September 13th, 2013.
