Presentation guidelines

The deadline for the second round is July 30th, 2010.

Format

• All presenters at BioContact Québec 2010 are asked to submit their presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Presentations can be submitted on CDs, flash cards, or USB ports.
• Bring a back-up copy of your presentation with you.

Presentation Room

• A dedicated computer technician will be assigned permanently to each session room.
• No overhead projectors will be provided.
• The 30-minute time limit will be strictly enforced.
• Microphones will be provided.
• Please plan to arrive in your presentation room 15 minutes prior to the start of your presentation.

Shipping Guidelines for Company Literature

As a presenting company at BioContact Québec, your company has the opportunity to display literature during the conference. We recommend that you ship between 100 and 150 Investor or Media kits at :
