Apply on the website using the " Submit a presentation " form. The deadline is March 15th, 2010. Selected companies will be notified before March 29th, 2010.
Please use Microsoft PowerPoint. Include all fonts and graphics. Each company presenter will be allocated a total of 30 minutes for the presentation. ?If you need guidance for your presentation you may download our presenter guidelines (PDF).
Yes. Please go to our Edit Profile page. Select the name of your company in the drop-down list and click the "Register" button. Then click the "To insert or edit your profile" button. You have to enter the username and password you submitted when entering your registration/application. Please note, that usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.
With your Application to Present you are not automatically registered for the conference. You need to register separately. There are no presentation fee. Each company representative will be charged the registration fee of 1,250$ for payment received before September 10th 2010 and 1,450$ for payment received after September 10th, 2010.
To ensure a technically flawless event, we are asking all presenters bring their laptop or send their Microsoft PowerPoint for Windows presentations by email to lcf.telav@fairmont.com. They should request confirmation that presentation was received in proper condition.

Yes. Please note that the onsite registration fee is 1,450$. Payment will be required onsite, by credit card (VISA, Master) or cash.

Unfortunately, no discount for multiple attendees.
You will receive an invoice with information on methods of payment shortly after your registration. To guarantee the early registration discount payments must be received by Septembre 6th, 2009.
Payments may be made by credit card (Visa and Master Card only), check or wire transfer. Details can be found on the invoice which will be sent to you a few days after your registration.
You will have to pay the registration fee of 1,450$.
Yes. Please register your replacement online and mention in the comment field "replacement for XY".
Cancellations must be sent in writing by September 10th, 2010, to fax number 418.694.0614 to receive a refund. Refunds will be processed after BioContact Québec 2010. After September 10th, 2010, the full registration fee is applicable. However, you may send a replacement from your company.
Company profiles will be made available to all participants on the conference website beginning March 2010.
Companies that applied to present must submit a profile by March 15th, 2010.
Changes can always be made and will be reflected on the website.

Please don't. Text copied from websites often contains invisible codes that cause problems.
Partners of the event and presenting companies are welcome to send between 100 to 150 company kits for distribution at BioContact Québec. They will be displayed in alphabetical order on the documentation room. Materials will not be returned after the conference. Please make sure your kits are shipped to arrive between Friday October 1st 2010, and Thuesday October 4th, 2010. All material should be sent to :
